Financial assistance to support a two week training program in Tigray Province, northern Ethiopia. As a result of damage to water supply structures, many people have resorted to drilling their own water wells. This training program will teach drillers how to drill safe water wells, teach NGOs how to support this new sector, and advise gov't regulators how to ensure safe wells are drilled by implementing a regulatory structure to the sector.
