We empower youth and community groups to build strong connections through relationships, education, leadership, programming, and basic needs supports.

Synergy provides leadership and wellness education to individuals and local nonprofits. Through resilience-building programs, barrier-free counselling, resource and referral services, community-based activities, and professional facilitation, we create opportunities to foster healthy relationships and unlock community potential. Our Centre for Community Leadership serves as a shared hub for the nonprofit sector - a space to collaborate, deliver programs, and access tools, information, and training. Synergy also promotes the volunteer sector as a vital community asset, strengthening the skills, capacity, and confidence of individuals and organizations alike to enhance the overall quality of life in our community.
