The Matt Cook Foundation is launching the renovation of a patient care room at the Cross Cancer Institute with a goal to make it patient, friend and family friendly. Using modular furniture and innovative decor and features, we intend to create a world-class space to normalize the in-patient experience for patients undergoing cancer treatment. The 'home away from home' room will accommodate overnight guests, private shower, food preparation and storage, gaming and entertainment and a table with seating to allow family and friends to share a meal or board game together.
